Samantha Rivard

I began my career in the accounting and finance industry in 2010 where I gained experience working as a bookkeeper in industrial companies in Calgary and Prince George. This experience made me aware of how much I enjoyed working with numbers, so I began a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2011.

 

In January of 2012, I began working in the Public Accounting sector and truly discovered my passion for helping clients navigate the world of small business. In 2017 I made the decision to leave my job of 6 years to venture out and open my own company. This big leap was made in the hopes of being able to help more clients and provide jobs to others in a similar position to me; seeking a work-life balance with a young family that can often be difficult to find in the public accounting industry.

I look forward to a long and rewarding career of helping clients and making a difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work I like spending time with my family both fur and human and I enjoy reading, camping, playing board games, binge-watching Netflix and I volunteer some of my time sitting on the board of a local non-profit.
